If you are not completely satisfied with the standard GUNNAR® solution or range of accommodation you may want to consider our GUNNAR Rx program. Ask you eye care professional for more information. If you purchased your product through our on-line store and wish to receive a prompt refund of your purchase price, please email customerservice@gunnaroptiks.com or call 888-486-6270 to receive an RA# from our warranty department. A: We will refund 100% of the purchase price, provided that the product is returned within 30 days from the shipping date, is in new condition, and it is accompanied by a return authorization number. If the eyewear is damaged, there is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. The return authorization number can be obtained by calling 858-769-2501 or by sending a request email to customerservice@gunnars.com. The authorization number is issued upon completion of the Gunnar Optiks Return Form (downloadable here). Q: I want a different pair, how do I go about doing an EXCHANGE?
A: Please download GUNNAR OPTIKS EXCHANGE FORM. Email customerservice@gunnars.com or call (858)769-2500 for your exchange RA number. Include the completed form inside your package, and ensure that your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package. There is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for all exchanges; please include a $10.00 check or money order within your package. We exchange your original eyewear provided that it is returned within 30 days from the shipping date in complete original packaging, is in new condition, the Exchange Form is received, your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package, and any difference in price is paid for (if applicable). Gunnar Optiks will issue a refund for any difference in price upon exchange to a lower priced style. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. New eyewear will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of the exchanged item, provided that it is available in stock.

Q: What is the warranty on your glasses?
A: GUNNAR Optiks warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, Gunnar Optiks will either repair the product at no cost or exchange the product with a new or remanufactured product that is of equal or greater quality and condition.
