For all non-Rx Warranty repairs, please download the GUNNAR OPTIKS REPAIR FORM or email customerservice@gunnars.com to request a copy. Please include the completed form, as well as a $10 check or money order for shipping and handling inside your package. We will repair your original eyewear provided that the Repair Form is received, the $10 shipping and handling fee is included, and your name on the outside of the package. You must include proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. All repairs should be shipped to: GUNNAR OPTIKS REPAIRS – 705 Palomar Airport Rd Ste 100 – Carlsbad, CA 92011.For a Rx repair, please contact your optician who processed your order. GUNNAR is not responsible for Rx repairs mistakenly sent to GUNNAR corporate rather than issued through the prescribing optician.

Refunds
Q: I made a purchase through your online store, how do I get a REFUND?A: We will refund 100% of the purchase price, provided that the product is returned within 30 days from the shipping date, is in new condition, and it is accompanied by a return authorization number. If the eyewear is damaged, there is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. The return authorization number can be obtained by calling 858-769-2501 or by sending a request email tocustomerservice@gunnars.com. The authorization number is issued upon completion of the Gunnar Optiks Return Form (downloadable here). Exchanges
Q: I want a different pair, how can I order an exchange? e-mail the form to: customerservice@gunnars.com Phone: Call (858)769-2500 and request an RA number from one of our customer service representatives. Include the completed form inside your package, and ensure that your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package. There is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for all exchanges; please include a $10.00 check or money order within your package. We exchange your original eyewear provided that it is returned within 30 days from the shipping date in complete original packaging, is in new condition, the Exchange Form is received, your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package, and any difference in price is paid for (if applicable). Gunnar Optiks will issue a refund for any difference in price upon exchange to a lower priced style. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. New eyewear will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of the exchanged item, provided that it is available in stock.** International customers who request an exchange are responsible for a $29.95 shipping & handling fee along with the other requirements listed above.
