Refunds

We will refund 100% of the purchase price for any returnable or non-RX order that is returned within 30 days of the ship date.  To get the full refund, the purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition, and must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). If the eyewear is damaged, there is a $10.00 restocking fee.  A return authorization number can be obtained by visiting: https://secure.gunnars.com/store/os/customerorderlist.aspx , calling 877-824-3322 or by sending a request email customerservice@gunnars.com.  All returns should be shipped in original packaging to: DCL Warehouse c/o GUNNAR OPTIKS RETURNS – 4455 E. Philadelphia St.Ontario, CA  91761.  The RMA# must be written on the outside of the package.

Exchanges

Repairs

Warranty Repairs

For all non-Rx Warranty repairs, please download the GUNNAR OPTIKS REPAIR FORM or email customerservice@gunnars.com to request a copy. Please include the completed form, as well as a $10 check or money order for shipping and handling inside your package. We will repair your original eyewear provided that the Repair Form is received, the $10 shipping and handling fee is included, and your name on the outside of the package. You must include proof of purchase.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  All repairs should be shipped to: GUNNAR OPTIKS REPAIRS – 705 Palomar Airport Rd Ste 100 – Carlsbad, CA 92011.  For a RX repair, please contact your optician who processed your order.  If your RX pair was purchased through GUNNAR’s website, please contact RX@Gunnars.com .  GUNNAR is not responsible for RX repairs mistakenly sent to GUNNAR corporate rather than issued through the prescribing optician.

 

Warranty Repairs apply to manufacturing defects only.  Please contact customerservice@gunnars.com if you are unsure if the repair in question is warranty or non-warranty.
